Its just wonderful! Recommended 100% We requested one tier cake for our elopement with chocolate flavor and nutella filling, the cake was also Gluten free. The flavor is from another world, it taste delicious and the smoothness was mouthwatering. The design was exactly what we wanted. She is so kind and friendly and we had the chance to meet her is person, we have a new friend in Sorrento! My husband and I are so pleased and happy with our special cake, again, the flavor was like made in heaven 😋We came to Italy to celebrate my sister’s birthday and I wanted to have a very special cake. She loves her sweets and has had very fancy treats in the past. We all were overjoyed with how DELICIOUS the white chocolate /hazelnut cake with a caramel glaze was. The service was also exemplary.

Praticamente siamo venuti da Roma apposta per conoscere Benedetta e provare i suoi dolci.
E per quanto possa sembrare secondario non si può non sottolineare la gentilezza e la serenità con cui ci ha accolti.
Parlando dei dolci, abbiamo provato sia delle monoporzioni sia due lievitati: pain au chocolat e cinnamon roll.
Si sente in tutti la qualità degli ingredienti e della preparazione.
Ma i lievitati in particolare sorprendono per la ricchezza dei profumi oltre che dei sapori, e per i vari livelli di consistenza a regola d'arte. Il pain au chocolat farà parte dei nostri sogni per un po', fa venir voglia di comprare un volo per la Francia... o di tornare da Benedetta la domenica successiva.Traduzione
We basically came all the way from Rome just to meet Benedetta and try her sweets. And as secondary as it may seem, we can't help but highlight the kindness and serenity with which she welcomed us. Speaking of sweets, we tried both single portions and two leavened products: pain au chocolat and cinnamon roll. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the preparation in all of them. But the leavened products in particular surprise for the richness of the aromas as well as the flavors, and for the various levels of consistency that are perfect. The pain au chocolat will be part of our dreams for a while, it makes you want to buy a flight to France... or to return to Benedetta the following Sunday.

MAI PIÙ SENZA! Ormai il mio punto di riferimento per quanto riguarda i dolci in penisola! Qualunque cosa io abbia mai assaggiato ha sempre superato le aspettative. Tutto buonissimo e bellissimo!
